For Valentine's Day this year, Brandon was one of the four million people who purchased a Snuggie for his awesome girlfriend (ahem, fiance)... seriously, four million people have bought Snuggies. Anyway, we saw this parody of the commercial last night and just about died laughing....

LouLou

On Christmas Eve, LouLou was brought into the ever expanding Evans family! 

LouLou was Brandon's mom's Christmas gift & she is the cutest little pup, with a single goal of destroying everything with her razor sharp teeth! But she is so loving and will cuddle up on your lap for hours. We miss her already!

So much news

Lots has happened since we posted last. 

Here is a quick rundown:

Brandon and I decided many months ago that we wanted to move out to Fort Wayne to hopefully find jobs we love in a town that was growing (We still love you Cleveland, but your job market stinks!) and to be closer to at least one branch of our family.

Brandon was hired on at Asher Agency in the beginning of November, leaving me behind in Cleveland to pack up our house and work my last two weeks at Cleveland Magazine. In mid-November, I came out to The Fort with pups in tow to join the family. 

On December 13, Brandon and I got engaged. Hooray! We set a date for October 31, 2009. Our wedding will be at the Quaker Square Inn in Akron. I'm working on a wedding website and will link it to this blog when it's finished.

On Friday of last week, I was hired on at Fort Wayne Magazine. I cannot WAIT to start working again. Although I love being home during the day with the puppies, I must admit, I'm going crazy not designing or being around people all day. This Monday is my first day. Double hooray!
